Foniopaddy® is a premium natural grass seed grown on plantations in Uganda. It is highly palatable and is enjoyed by canaries, finches, waxbills, and many other small bird species.

Studies conducted under veterinary supervision over a period of more than three years have shown that Foniopaddy® can help reduce the presence of coccidiosis in birds. In these studies, birds infected with coccidiosis were fed Foniopaddy®, and follow-up fecal examinations after one week did not detect coccidiosis.

How to Feed Foniopaddy®

• First Week: Allow your birds free access so they can determine how much they wish to consume.
• After the First Week: Feed 1 teaspoon per bird each week.
• Large Aviaries (30–40 birds): Feed 2–3 tablespoons per week.

Feeding Tip

Feed Foniopaddy® in a separate feeding dish, as its fine texture may settle beneath larger seeds when mixed with regular seed blends.
